TRENTO D.O.C. RESERVE - CLASSIC METHOD
The Riserva Aquila Reale Millesimato is made from Chardonnay grapes sourced entirely from the ancient Maso Sette Fontane in Valle di Cembra in Trentino, a land at an altitude of 500 metres that has been dedicated to the production of fine grapes since 1734. This Riserva, of extremely rare refinement and elegance, has an intense yellow colour with golden reflections, a mineral bouquet mingled with candied fruit and bread crust, and a frank, savoury and long taste.
