Giare Gewürztraminer
Monovarietal grappa with an intense bouquet, of notable sensorial impact with a very harmonious taste sensation. Obtained from the distillation in bain-marie in discontinuous alembic still of Gewürztraminer pomace, it is aged for a period of at least 36 months in small 1000 liters oak barrels, during which time the Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend, verifying scents and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.
