RAW MATERIAL:Fresh pomace of Moscato grapes from suitable areas.ARTISAN DISTILLATION:Discontinuous, with the cutting of the heads and tails, in a copper steam still.GRADATION:41% vol.
BOTTLING:Not manual - transparent glass bottles of 100, 350, 700 ml and with hand-colored bottom of 500, 700 and 2000 ml. Manual 6300 ml.
TASTING:It should be served at about 12°C or in a chilled open tulip-shaped glass.TASTE:Elegant, aromatic, soft and sensual.
