Grappa Prosecco by Nonino
This is the oldest and most traditional distillate of Northern Italy. It is obtained by distilling the solid part of the grape: the marc.
RAW MATERIAL: Fresh pomace of Prosecco grapes from suitable areas.
ARTISAN DISTILLATION: Discontinuous, with the cutting of the heads and tails, in a copper steam still. GRADATION: 38% vol.
BOTTLING:Not manual - transparent glass bottles of 100, 350, 700 ml and with hand-colored bottom of 500, 700 and 2000 ml. Manual 6300 ml.
TASTING:It should be served at about 12°C or in a chilled open tulip-shaped glass.
TASTE: Elegant, aromatic, soft and sensual.
